About Dr. Dahdah
Dr. Marie Dahdah is known for an unparalleled commitment to patient care. It is her standard of excellence that provided the impetus for developing her private practice, STAR Neuropsychology.

Dr. Dahdah is a Clinical Neuropsychologist. She provides neurocognitive assessment and outpatient treatment to patients with a variety of neurological conditions, and has over 17 years of experience working with brain injury survivors. She evaluates individuals across the age spectrum (adolescents, adults, older adults).
​
Over the past decade, Dr. Dahdah has worked in a variety of roles with the Baylor Healthcare Organization. In addition to her clinical work on inpatient units and outpatient clinics, she consulted the day neurorehabilitation treatment program in Dallas, she developed medical provider education, and she trained medical and psychology students. Her contributions also include membership on Neuroscience Advisory Boards, TBI Advisory Councils, and multiple TBI special interest groups over the past 8 years.

Dr. Dahdah received her doctorate from Palo Alto University. She completed her internship training at the Missouri Health Sciences Psychology Consortium and post-doctoral residency training at the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan, specializing in both neuropsychology and rehabilitation psychology.
Dr. Dahdah’s published research examines neurocognitive, functional, and psychosocial outcomes following traumatic brain injury (TBI). Through her previous involvement with the North Texas Traumatic Brain Injury Model System, she developed best practice guidelines for neurocognitive rehabilitation of TBI survivors. Her published work examining the application of virtual reality intervention in the neurorehabilitation setting has also been presented internationally.
